After 24 years of hands-on experience working within small grassroots art organizations and helping them grow into vibrant, nationally recognized arts institutions with expansive community engagement, Leigh has seen what works and what doesn't work. She is now lending her perspective and skill set to help businesses and nonprofits build capacity, grow, and become more nimble in the face of new challenges.
Leigh’s overall goal is to help clients move from organic growth to intentional growth with mission-centered vision, strategic thinking and inclusive decision-making and problem solving. The work is assessing, analyzing, researching and planning to create a path forward that brings positive change.
How it works…
After an initial free consultation to evaluate and discuss your challenges and goals, we will provide a proposal for discussion outlining the goals, detailed project scope, timeline and fee structure. We can work on an hourly basis, a flat fee or on monthly retainer, based on your budget. We will work together to meet your goals and build capacity.
