  • Sherrie Hawk

    OWNER, Sherrie Gallerie

Sherrie Riley Hawk graduated from Ohio State University with a BS in Accounting and minor degree in Art History. She opened the Riley Hawk Gallery in 1986 specializing in Glass Art, representing the leading glass artists including Dale Chihuly, William Morris, and Lino Tagliapietra.

After exhibiting in the 2000 Columbus NCECA conference exhibition,  Sherrie decided to open a new gallery embracing ceramics.

Sherrie feels her most important role is connecting the artist’s work with the customer and in that process helping the client develop a meaningful  collection and nurturing the artist to realize their full potential. Sherrie Gallerie has participated in national exhibitions throughout the country including SOFA Chicago, SOFA Sante Fe, Art Palm Beach and NCECA.

The gallery has enjoyed close relationships with Ohio Museums, curating individual artists exhibitions and group ceramic shows. Sherrie has been invited to jury countless museum exhibitions and art fairs.
